Have a section dedicated to YA novels and books!!!1 vote
There is a dedicated YA category for lists on the main site, and threads on our forum can also be labelled as YA for YA-specific conversations.
Can you please email the titles and authors (Links to the book or ISBNs would be helpful, when available) to email@example.com
After following people and clicking on their recommended book(s) which opens in a new page, on returning to the page with people I just followed, it necessary to re-follow each one all over again. Please fix this issue. Or is it not feasible for the recommended book I clicked on, to open (perhaps in a box?) on the same page? Many thanks!1 vote
Featured on EarlyWord, in Publisher's Weekly, comes out next month. Chop chop, Riffle!1 vote
Please find this book here: https://www.rifflebooks.com/books/521558
As per the self-explanatory title above.1 vote
You can change what you see on your homepage and email by either ‘Following’ or ‘unFollowing’ other Riffle Users. If you go to the ‘People’ tab you can find other Riffle Users in the Non-Fiction category. We are about to make finding other users even easier – there is a product update coming out in the next week or so. Thank you for your feedback.

This issue should now be resolved. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are still having trouble remaining logged in.
Seems like when I check off one book on a list, it automatically selects ALL of them as read. Help!1 vote
This issue has been resolved. Ongoing, hover over a book and you should see a check box appear in the ‘hover state’ (these options only appear after you move your cursor or ‘hover’ over a book). click the check to select/deselect it from your read list.
tell me what happened to the email form that allowed me to send you a missing isbn so it could get added to your database.1 vote
Hi Terrell, We moved to a different support system. Please email ISBNs that you can not find to email@example.com. We recently updated our search algorithm, so you should be able to find most titles.
Am trying to add Eleanor Henderson's Ten Thousand Saints in the list of my favorite books about or set in NYC, but apparently the book does not exist in the Riffle DB.
Hello Eric, I’m sorry the book was difficult to find. Here is the link directly to it: http://read.rifflebooks.com/books/58722
Hi there! I'm a member of Rippln, and though I haven't been able to fully check out your site yet, I've liked what I see so far. I run a weblog called Literary Lunes Publications, where I promote other authors and publishers works. I conduct interviews, offer guest posts etc. as well as publish an e-zine. I took a hiatus for a few months because my schedule just got to be too much, I am back now and am looking to do a site re-launch sometime in either October or November whenever I am finished re-designing the site. I have two new team members that are willing to help me out with it which is what my biggest issue was.
Anyway, as I said, i really like Rippln so far, and love the enthusiasm that you exude with each newsletter written. It reminds me of the enthusiasm I have for Literary Lunes. I was wondering if perhaps we could become affiliates and help promote each other? Especially since we both focus on helping authors and publishers, why not help each other grow and expand that ripple effect ;)
I began Literary Lunes back in 2011 as strictly an e-zine, but then went to print. I've organized an anthology called Writings From the Heart: Stories and Poetry around the world through Literary Lunes Publications and had a HUGE turn out. I had over 30 authors and poets submit and I am very pleased with how it came out. Finally sometime in 2012, I converted the website into a weblog, and it currently has over 4,600 hits. I'd like to increase that number as well as the interaction on that site, and I hope that by partnering with you guys, that perhaps we could help each other out. I work with a number of blog touring companies and I really think we'd be a great match.
For more information on Literary Lunes Publications/Literary Lunes Magazine, you can visit the website at www.literarylunespublications.com. Like I said earlier in the email, it's in re-design, so it's completely finished, but I believe that almost everything is up minus the graphics and the download links. All of our past issues can be downloaded for free on Smashwords.com.
I look forward to hearing from you, and if you have any questions about the zine or site, do not hesitate to ask.

The book covers are very close to the bottom of the page so when I hover over the cover, the pop-up gets cut off. When I try to click something on the pop-up it disappears because I have to move "off" the cover.1 vote
I can find no way to report errors. For instance, when looking for the book Rain by Peter Spier I get: https://www.rifflebooks.com/books/796843 - the text says Peter Spier's RAIN by Peter Spier, but the image reads Banana Muffins & Mayhem by Janel Gradowski. There's nowhere to let Riffle know about this so that the staff can fix it, OR make it editable by anyone, like a wiki.1 vote
To report book errors (incorrect cover art, title, description etc.) please head over to the following thread on Riffle Discussions: https://discussions.rifflebooks.com/t/riffle-book-records-covers-or-descriptions-needed/1072

Hi. The name on my profile appears as "Mari No-space Naomi." If possible, I'd like to change it to "MariNaomi." How do I do this?
Okay, I understand this is a "fixed issue" but I have been clicking the links in your email and trying to unsubscribe from your shoddy service for weeks. Making users who don't want to be spammed login, then dig around to turn off a setting is poor design. You can do better, both in terms of design and support; I might consider using you as a service if you did.1 vote
Hi Dan, I’m sorry that you had issues with our unsubscribe. I looked up your account, and you have been manually unsubscribed from our weekly emails. The issue was that you signed up with a @post.harvard.edu and were unsubscribing using an @gmail.com email. Our system could not find your @gmail and was not able to unsubscribe an email that was not in our system. Thank you for your message. We hope you will consider us again in the future.
I can't search for anything; profile sign-up was a nightmare.
Or maybe it's just that you don't have any of my books in your database?1 vote
Hello, We recently updated our search algorithm. You should be able to find most titles. Please visit read.rifflebooks.com. If you continue to have difficulty, please email us the title and ISBN. Thank you for your patience as we continue to update our database and improve search. Best, Marquina and Riffle Support
If a book exists more than once on a page and you mouse over any but the first instance, the tooltip tries to display by the first instance. I've noticed this on the profile page, when a book exists on both the read and "books in common" lists.1 vote
Hi Steven, Thank you for your excellent feedback. You should not see this tooltip bug anymore. Thank you, Marquina and Riffle Support
I am registered with Riffle via my Twitter account, but that acct is associated with an email address I don't use for regular mail -- which means the "unsubscribe" link from Riffle mailings does NOT work.
You are able to unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on your Profile, Settings and unchecking the ‘Weekly digest’ checkbox.
When I click on "See More Books" I expect to see ONLY titles that match the interests shown in my profile!
The comment above is self-explanatory!1 vote
Hi Norman, The books you see on the Riffle homepage are books that the people you Follow on Riffle either read or recommend. In that sense, they should be relevant to your interests. If not, please un-follow some of the people on your ‘People’ Tab.
